Hello again!

Design, to me, is about creating meaningful connections between people and technology. I am a product designer who approaches each project with curiosity and care, focusing on how design can truly serve users’ needs. My process is grounded in research and empathy, helping me translate complex challenges into clear, thoughtful solutions.

The early stages of my career in architecture enrich my perspective, allowing me to think in systems and consider both the big picture and the smallest details. I am driven to learn, collaborate, and grow through every project I take on.

My Design Journey

Growing up, I found immense joy in drawing and expressing myself through sketching and painting. My passion for design emerged from this early love, allowing me to blend creative visual work with logical thinking.

2023-present

After moving to California to earn my Master’s in Interaction Design from CCA, I now advance responsible AI practices as a product designer at Poieto, shaping ethical and user-centered technology. Previously, I designed impactful digital solutions at Collaborative Earth, an environmental organization.

2021-2022

I discovered UX through a design workshop in and transitioned into a self-taught freelance UX designer. During this time, I worked on a multisided platform called Padose.com that enables local pushcart vendors scale their businesses online.

2019-2021

After graduating from Manipal School of Architecture and Planning, I worked as an architect and interior designer, contributing to over 8 residential projects.

Beyond design

When I’m not designing, I enjoy experimenting with art, cooking, and exploring different creative outlets.

Exploring Art Mediums

Over the years, I have worked with a variety of mediums such as gold foil, acrylic, watercolor, and pen and paper sketching, each contributing to the evolution of my personal artistic style.

Creative Expression

When I'm not painting on canvas, I am painting faces—usually my own! I love using makeup as a form of self-expression and often turn to my friends as muses.

Love for South Indian Food

With my Tamil roots, I have a deep love for traditional Indian filter coffee. I also find joy in cooking and sharing South Indian dishes, especially Dosa, so much so that I even give presentations on it!
